Cheddar Broccoli Soup

Cheddar Broccoli Soup


16 oz. frozen broccoli
3 c. skim milk
1 (10.75 oz.) can Cream of Potato soup
1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar Cheese soup
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Boil broccoli until crisp tender, drain and return to pan. In the meantime whisk together milk and soups. Add soups and milk to broccoli and cook on medium low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally Add cheese, allow it to melt. Serve. Makes five 1 1/2 c. servings Number of Servings: 5
